I can't say enough good things about Steve Raisman. I was charged in 2011 with 2 felonies. I was looking at a lot of time and didn't know what to do. He assured me it would be ok and he would take care of it. After he took the depositions from the officers, it was found that they obtained the evidence illegally and the charges were dropped. It was my second chance to get straight, and I have. Without his expertise it would not have been good for me to say the least. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal help. I had a case in regards to DUI and my previous lawyer did a terrible job. I could tell they were not concerned with actually fighting or dropping the case but were more interested in getting a plea deal which would look good enough and require minimal work. In my profession I need a clean record and Ms. Raisman took that personally. From the beginning I knew this would be a different experience and she didn’t settle for less. Everything was completely dismissed. The case was bogus to begin with but Unfortunately things are set up in a way today where the truth isn’t always the primary objective, and for that reason you still need someone very capable in your corner.
